Quality indicators

Our NxtDay Service is destined to satisfy our customers needs by offering high-quality transportation. We want to help you meet your customer commitments. The quality of our performance needs precise definition, that's why we inquired about the quality criteria that are most important for our customers. As a result we defined 5 main indicators on which we focus our service. That's our five star quality.

» Date-definite pickup

All our customers expect accurate pickup since this is a necessary requirement for punctual delivery.  That's why we permanently analyse if all our pickups comply with the agreed time-frame. Our goal is 98,5 % of pickups on time - without "ifs and buts".

» On-time delivery

Each shipment is labelled with a service date (date and time). After delivery and data input (delivery date) an evaluation of accuracy is effected. Exceptions and excuses do not count in this evaluation. Our goal is 94 % for all shipments within Austria.

» Damage-free shipping

Damage-free shipping is an absolut must. There's no use in accurate delivery if the shipment arrives damaged. Again: no ifs and buts. Our goal is 99,7 % for all shipments.

» Immediate availability of correct POD

We delivered your shipment but you would like to have a written proof. We make the POD available for you at once or 5 minutes after your request at the latest for each shipment within Austria. Here the defined goal is 99,8%.

»Correct invoicing

You shouldn't need to rack your brains when receiving our invoice after a defined shipment period. Our freight charges ought to comply with our agreement. Here again: no "ifs and buts". Our goal is 99,8%.

No exceptions, no excuses, no "ifs and buts". As for quality evaluation we have our own philosophy. We do not differenciate between "customer mistakes" and "our mistakes". We feel as one with our customers when it comes to achieving a certain defined goal by making permanent improvements together.
